When do we use Present Perfect and Simple Past

Hi, my name is Guy Bergeron and I am a student in TESL program (Teaching English as Second Language) at Concordia University. This web page is a grammar project for my computer course TESL 330. I have decided to do this site on verb tense Present Perfect versus Simple Past for High school students to help them to learn in which appropriate context we can use them (the tenses). I tried to make it fun and easy using pictures, mostly myself, to illustrate different situations. It is my hope that this web page will give you the opportunity to enhance your ability to use them in all aspects of your daily life.
